At Silver Circles, we believe every senior deserves connection, purpose, and joy.

Founder’s Story:

Silver Circles was founded by Tania, a 45-year-old Arcadia resident with a deep background in Data Science and Analytics. After years of studying patterns in human behavior and digital engagement, Tania recognized a critical "data gap" in our local social infrastructure: the profound isolation of our aging population.

While the world moved toward a digital-first reality, many in our "Silver" generation were being left behind. Tania launched Silver Circles to apply the principles of social architecture and community engagement to solve the loneliness epidemic. As a professional, a mother, and an active member of the Arcadia community, Tania is dedicated to ensuring that every senior has a seat at the table and a circle of support.“I believe that social connection is a basic human need at every age. Silver Circles is my way of helping seniors not just live—but thrive.” – Tania Parmar, Founder & Executive Director

Our Methodology: Social Architecture

At Silver Circles, we don’t just host events; we build social ecosystems. We use data-informed strategies to create "Circles"—small, high-touch peer groups designed to foster consistent, meaningful socialization.

Whether we are hosting a Chinese New Year celebration, a vision board workshop, or a community storytelling session, our goal is to turn "one-time activities" into "long-term connections." We believe that aging should be a time of expansion, not isolation.

Our Impact in Arcadia

Based in beautiful Arcadia, California, Silver Circles serves as a vital bridge for seniors across the San Gabriel Valley. We have successfully completed five pilot programs in 2025 and 2026, proving that when seniors are given the right environment, they thrive, mentor, and lead.

Silver Circles is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are 100% community-driven and dedicated to the belief that a neighborhood is only as strong as its connections.
